SeaNet Sunseeker Fractional Yachts - Use Programs
The SeaNet Fractional Yacht Use Program is a cost effective, comprehensive approach to Yachting, which allows you to enjoy the benefits of Yachting at only a fraction of the cost. The program price includes: Full Time Captain, Personal Concierge Services, Comprehensive Vessel Maintenance and Servicing, Yacht Insurance, Slip Fees, Accounting, Legal and Base Provisioning.
The SeaNet Exchange Program allows our clients to utilize the fleet of Sunseeker Yachts spread throughout the US, Mexico and Bahamas. The Exchange Program is subject to availability and seasonal relocation.
Enjoy the luxury yachting experience as your personal Captain takes excellent care of you and your guests. The choice is yours. SeaNet offers a turn key walk on walk off service so that you can enjoy the time you have available aboard your personalized yacht.
*Variable costs are dependent on personal use of yacht and are not included in the share price. Variable costs include; fuel, provisioning, cleaning and transit mooring fees.

Sunseeker Fractional Yachts – SeaNet Ownership Program
SeaNet's Ownership Program offers a complete yacht management program combined with an equity interest in a luxurious Sunseeker Yacht. We have provided our clients with hassle free yachting for over 5 years.
All yachts listed under the Current Fractional Yacht Ownership program are subject to availability. Pricing is for an equity interest in a holding company. Operating costs are split by ownership with variable costs like fuel, provisioning and cleaning being owner specific.

Acquisition Cost
To secure a sea trial on your Yacht, a 5% deposit (fully refundable up to 10 days after the sea trial) will secure your interest and viewing. Then to purchase your Yacht, simply pay the initial Acquisition Cost, starting at $250,000 (price based on 2009 inventory and subject to change) as well as a Management Deposit. The Management Deposit is a one-time, first-time SeaNet buyer cost that is based on three months of the Monthly Operating Costs. This purchase will put you on the path to relaxing and luxurious Yacht ownership. After 2 ½ years, the vessel is sold, and you receive your share of the residual value.
Variable Costs
These costs are dependent on your use of the boat and include: Cleaning, Fuel, Transient Dockage Fees, Repairs, and Special Request Provisions while using the vessel. These costs are also backed with receipts and include a 15% management fee.
