SeaNet Fractional Yachts Ownership Program

Purchasing a fractional share of a luxury Sunseeker motor yacht offers a wonderful lifestyle option and is an ideal way to get the most out of your investment by purchasing a share.  All aspects other than operating cost are split, both the benefits and the expenses, among a limited number of shareholders.

• Acquisition Cost:
  There is a one-time Acquisition Cost based on the size, year, and the total value of the yacht. This purchase will put you on the path to relaxing and enjoying a luxurious Yacht ownership. After 2½ years, the vessel is put on the market and you will receive your share of the residual value when sold.
  
  
• Fixed Operating Costs:
  The Fixed Operating Costs are expenses that all owners of the vessel split per ownership percentage. These costs would include: Crew, Insurance, Home Port Slip, Maintenance, and a Management fee. As a general guideline example, the Fixed Operating Cost is usually an estimated 15% of the purchase price, split between the owners, and is paid in monthly increments throughout the year
  
  
• Variable Operating Costs: The Variable Operating Costs are dependent on your use of the yacht and include: Fuel, Provisions, Cleaning, Extra Crew Transient Dockage fees, and Special Request items while using the vessel. These costs are specific to each owners use and billed accordingly.
  
  
• Income Opportunities: If at any time you are unable to utilize the entire allocated days available, with your request, SeaNet will place those days on the Fractional Use Program to generate income that will cover your share of the operating expenses.
